This Vital First Aid Training programme meets the requirements of the Health and Safety Executive for first aiders working in medium and high risk environments who currently hold a valid First Aid at Work qualification.

The first aid at work requalification training course updates the first aid skills of those who need to renew their First Aid at work certificate.

​

The HSE strongly recommends that you requalify within a month of your certificate expiring.

Who should attend?

This course is for people wishing to renew a valid First aid at work certificate.

What you will learn

The course aims to update and refresh your knowledge of the First aid at work syllabus, while allowing time for revision and practice sessions in preparation for a written assessment.

Course content:

This course covers the contents of the three-day First aid at Work course in two days.

Students will requalify for the three-day course.

​

Course duration: 2 days (minimum 12hrs contact time)

​

Certificate valid for: 3 years

​

Succesful candidates will be awarded a re-qualification in First Aid at Work, valid for 3 years and certificated by WorkSafe Training Systems.

​

Please Note: The HSE recommend that all workplace first aiders receive annual refresher training in first aid techniques whilst holding this qualification.
