At Vital First Aid Training we believe First Aid is a skill for life. We have teamed up with Flat Stan First Aid to deliver training to children as young as 4, but for older children we offer a variety of courses detailed below. Our one hour course is ideal for those who have not been introduced to first aid previously, or a two hour class for those who may have already completed Flat Stan First Aid or a similar course. We can tailor any of the contents to include topics specific for the children interests.

One hour First Aid Taster ideal for Secondary School Children

A fun and interactive class covering the following:

• Communication and casualty care

• Bleeding

• Choking

• Recovery position

• Resuscitation

All children will receive a Vital First Aid Training certificate on completion of the course.

Two hour First Aid Class again ideal for Secondary School Children

​

A fun and interactive class covering the following:

• Communication and casualty care

• Anaphylaxis

• Asthma

• Bleeding 

• Burns

• Choking

• Fractures

• Head injuries

• Shock

• Unconscious casualty treatment

• Recovery position

• Resuscitation and CPR

All children will receive a Vital First Aid Training certificate on completion of the course
